Demonstration and Dinners

Italy Around the Table at InterContinental Hotel in Miami (www.interconti.com)
Eatalian Chefs, Andrea Tiberi, Antonio Petruzzi, Adam Piperni and the Master Gelato maker Palmiro Bruschi  worked in collaboration with Hotel staff to prepare “Italian  Regional Lunch Buffet”, opening Cocktail DINNER and Cooking Demonstration.

Chef Andrea Tiberi, Chef Adam Piperni and Chef Mario Gambula will be preparing a special Gala dinner at Da Vinci's in Woodbridge in association with the region of Umbria in Toronto on the 12th of January.  They will then be giving a series of of cooking demonstrations and dinners at "Nella Cucina" on the 13th and 15th of January.
