TORONTO (January 2007) 

Chef Andrea Tiberi, Chef Adam Piperni and Chef Mario Gambula will be preparing a special Gala dinner at Da Vinci's in Woodbridge in association with the region of Umbria in Toronto on the 12th of January.  They will then be giving a series of of cooking demonstrations and dinners at "Nella Cucina" on the 13th and 15th of January.
